The aluminium coil in the first step is perforated, the geometry of the holes can be defined by the customer, hole sizes down to 4 mm are available. During the second step the perforated coil is pre-treated (front and back face) for optimum corrosion protection and as preparation for powder coating with a 55 µm powder paint layer.

This production technology ensures:

• Excellent corrosion and weather resistance as the paint covers the interior part of the holes and the reverse side is protected with special lacquer
