Novelis SP80

Novelis SP80 is the designation of a particularly abrasion-resistant paint system based on polyamide-treated high-grade polyurethane.

Typical features of SP80 are:

• 2-coat coil coating: primer and top coat are applied and stove-enamelled separately
• paint thickness approx. 30µm
• matt silk, finely structured finish (Gloss level: ECCN standard T2, approx. 20 units)
• thermal stability from –40 C to +80 C
• very good corrosion and chemical resistance
• high mechanical abrasion resistance of the stove-enamelled painted surface
• can be painted on one or both sides

Novelis polyamide paint

Polyamide paint system is used both for rollershutters slats and sun breakers.

Novelis 2-coat polyester

Novelis 2-coat polyester can be used for pre-painted aluminium for shutter boxes or accessories. Available on request with self-adhesive protective film.
