PROF2000® is the Novelis brand name for its polyester-powder pre-painted aluminium rolled products. This painting technique gives PROF2000® the same surface as post-painted extruded products so that the two can be perfectly coupled. Thanks to this fact PROF2000® can be used in the building industry (for facade cladding and its ancillary components) and as well as for industrial applications.

PROF2000® is used for internal covering of tunnels. The characteristics of the painting cycle make this product suitable for this application, as it eliminates the dazzling phenomenon.
The high paint thickness ensures easy periodic cleaning of the tunnel. Since the panels are light and they are produced in modules, their maintenance is simplified and they can be replaced without problems in case of damage. PROF2000® is certified to class 0 (Italian D.M. 14.1.85), the highest ranking in case of fire resistance.
