Processing

to enable panels or cassettes to be insulated against noise.

Perforation

  • Sharp-edged dies prevent the formation of burrs
  • The perforating direction runs from the side facing the die.
  • For wide panels the strips should be straightened to produce flat panels.

Rollforming

  • At a metal and room temperature of approx. 20 °C.
  • A coil straightening process to eliminate the coil camber is recommended
  • Inner bending radius: 1,0 x sheet thickness
