Front Face:

FF3® is coil-coated with a PVdF (Polyvenyldidenfluorid) - paint system (80/20). For a two layer paint system the paint thickness is approx. 25µm.

Reverse side:

The reverse side of FF3® is coated with a transparent protective paint in a thickness of approx. 3µm.

Gloss:

Approx. 20 units according to Gardner measuring system, measuring angle 60°. Metallic colours approx. 40 units.

Quantities:

Colours as per current Novelis colour chart. Special colours can be developed on the basis of RAL, NCS, etc. or customer specification.

Protective film:

To protect the material against damage, FF3® is covered with a white UV-resistant film on the front side. This film is groundwater-neutral and can be recycled. It should remain on the sheet during installation and can easily be removed once the installation has been completed.
